e-KONG’s ZONE Telecom, Inc. partners with Belkin Corporation

to offer VoIP Services

HONG KONG, 09 March 2005 -- e-KONG Group Limited (“the Company” or “e-KONG”; SEHK:524) wishes to announce the partnership between its wholly-owned US subsidiary ZONE Telecom, Inc. (“ZONE”) and Belkin Corporation (“Belkin”), the global leader in connectivity solutions. Belkin, in collaboration with iNuntius Inc., will provide cost-effective and feature-rich Voice-over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) service solutions to ZONE for its launch of the ZONE broadband phone service for residential and small-business customers, including Private Branch eXchange (PBX) solutions for small to medium-sized businesses.

For ZONE, this agreement is the first step in establishing a complete VoIP-supported network. Utilising Belkin’s service platform and its vast nationwide distribution network will enable ZONE to quickly expand into the VoIP market without having to incur significant upfront capital and on-going development costs. For Belkin, this partnership signifies their continued commitment to VoIP and demonstrates their ability to deploy wholesale solutions to the telecommunications industry.
